It asks about the rooms, the fibers, the stains and any pets, and answers your questions.
You hear the price
The price comes before any work, with stairs, furniture moving and extras listed. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
The cleaning
Services fulfilled by our affiliated service partner, Maid VIP. Carpet usually stays damp for hours, not days.
One follow-up
About 30 days later, a single email asks whether the cleaning went ahead and how it went.
